Program Description and Eligibility
Apex Finish Studio offers an SMS text messaging program to communicate with our customers about our home services, including cabinet refinishing, painting, and related projects (the “Program”). By providing your mobile number and requesting contact, you agree to receive text messages from Apex Finish Studio related to estimates, appointment confirmations, reminders, job updates, and follow‑up requests for feedback; these messages are not general marketing blasts and are only sent to customers or prospects who have asked us to contact them. You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder to enroll a mobile phone number in this Program, and you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Message Rates, Frequency, and Support
Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to or from us, depending on your mobile service plan, and you are responsible for any such charges. Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with us. Still, in general, you can expect a few messages around each active project, such as estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates, and completion follow‑ups (“message frequency varies”). By submitting your phone number through our website forms, over the phone, or by text, and by affirmatively requesting that we contact you, you consent to receive text messages from Apex Finish Studio as described above. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us on that number unless you re‑enroll.
